Say something to Mother
Team: Hampus Mattsson/ David Lundgren/ Johan Riddarström
Brand: Blyk (The free mobile network)
Brief: Create an integrated campaign that demonstrates the marketing power of the the mobile phone.
Target: Advertising agency creatives (in Britain)
Our solution: Instead of letting the agencies address the young audience, we let the young audience start the conversation. Instead of targeting the whole advertising idustry, we aimed at one single agency – Mother. The young people in Mothers local area (Shoreditch) can say whatever they want by using their phone (show their porfolio, sell pair of boots, ask for a date, present a advertising idea…). Whatever they upload will displayed on a big digital billboard right outside the windows of Mother’s office. At the same time Mother will be encouraged to respond using the Blyk mobile phone marketing service.
Award: D&AD 1st Prize Pencil in Integrated Advertising.
